What the C2 Form Is Used For

The C2 form allows you to:

  • Request to Vary or Discharge an Order
    Modify or cancel an existing court order, such as a child arrangements order.

  • Apply for a New Court Order
    Seek permission from the court to make a new application regarding a child’s welfare.

  • Request Urgent Directions
    Obtain immediate instructions from the court in situations that require swift action.


How to Submit Your Application

You are unable to apply for a C2 application online. The completed form must be submitted to the court either via email or by post.
