FP161 form

If you need to appeal a decision to the Family Division of the High Court, the FP161 form is the document you must complete. This appellant's notice is used to formally request that the High Court reviews and possibly overturns a decision made by a lower court in family law matters.

Whether you're working with a family solicitor or receiving support from a McKenzie Friend, properly completing and submitting the FP161 form is crucial to ensuring your appeal is heard by the Family Division of the High Court.
